Our primary service area is Tulsa and the surrounding Oklahoma region. For standard clinical services, Dr. Milton participates in PSYPACT — a telehealth compact that allows him to see patients in participating states via telehealth on a cash-pay basis. We are currently exploring PSYPACT participation for additional providers, but that option is not yet available practice-wide. For forensic psychological services, geographic scope can vary depending on the nature of the case — contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Therapy (psychotherapy) is an ongoing relationship with a clinician focused on emotional health, behavior, relationships, or life challenges — typically meeting weekly or biweekly over time. A psychological evaluation is a structured assessment process using standardized tests to answer a specific question, such as whether a child has ADHD or a learning disability. Evaluations result in a written report with findings and recommendations. Some clients pursue both — starting with an evaluation to get clarity, then entering therapy based on the results.
