This website is not monitored for crisis situations.

3. Appointment Requests and Forms
Our site may offer appointment request forms or other contact features. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment and does not establish a provider-client relationship. All information submitted is subject to our Privacy Policy and will be handled confidentially in accordance with HIPAA standards.
4. SMS Terms and Conditions
A. SMS Consent Non-Sharing Disclosure
The information and Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
B. Types of SMS Communications
Upon consenting to receive text messages from Green Country Psychology via our web forms or intake documentation, you may receive non-sensitive administrative communications related to appointment reminders and confirmations, follow-up care messages and scheduling updates, or billing inquiries and portal access notifications.
Scope Note: Mobile text messages sent over cellular networks are restricted to administrative notifications. Clinical care discussions, therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and sensitive Protected Health Information (PHI) are managed exclusively within our secure, encrypted Valant Patient Portal.
C. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and your appointment schedule. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week related to your appointments, follow-up messages, billing, and care coordination.
D. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Carriers may charge fees for each message sent or received. Standard messaging rates and data charges will apply per your mobile service provider’s pricing plan.
E. Opt-In Methods
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Green Country Psychology by completing digital intake documentation via our Valant Patient Portal, or signing paper consent documents during clinical onboarding.
Additionally, our office staff may obtain verbal consent during telephone or in-person intake conversations. Before enrolling you in text communications, our staff will ask:

F. Opt-Out Procedure
Customers can opt out of SMS messaging from Green Country Psychology by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Once opted out, you will receive no further SMS communication. Customers can opt back in at any time by replying START.

5. Telehealth Services
